When you want to create a tour quickly and easily, use Quick Create. It allows you to setup a new tour in minutes. Simply enter in a few details such as tour name, departure and return dates, pricing, an itinerary and a few other key details, click save and Voila!, your tour is ready for sale.

Tour Builder

When you want to build a tour from scratch, you need Tour Builder. You simply select the suppliers and services you are using, your costs and target passenger counts and your total per person costs and selling prices are automatically calculated. You can say goodbye to complicated formulas in Excel. You can base your pricing on any of 3 different methods, a margin %, a profit $ amount or a specified selling price. Once these are determined, they are ready for display in the Pricing Tab. Simply select the quantity of inventory you want to make available for sale and the system will do the rest and show your pricing for each item at each occupancy level.

Building itineraries is dramatically easy with Tripz Itinerary Builder. You simply select a supplier, the item you are using, type in a bit of descriptive information and you're done. It's very easy to build your itinerary in this manner. Itinerary Builder places each item in a flexible, automatically formatted worksheet that allows you to manipulate each item quickly and easily. You can now produce fancy detailed itineraries with full colour pictures in no time. Print, fax or email them to clients to help you close more sales with less effort. |
