Managing Customers

Tripz gives you the tools to effectively record and manage information about your customers so that you build a very close relationship with them.

Simply search for a tour, check that inventory is available and take the booking and payment.

Add a Client

The Add Client screen screen makes it really easy to quickly and easily build a powerful client database.

It displays all of the important information you need: client name, address, multiple phone numbers, email address, passport number, citizenship, etc. It also gives you the ability to organize your clients into different Client Types, eg. Senior, Family, Church Group, and Client Preferences, eg. Golf, Nascar, Daytrips, so you can market to them based on their individual needs.

The History Tab in the Client Screen gives you a complete history of a client's purchases. It shows you what tours they purchased and how much they spent as well as other key information such how long they've been a customer, how many tours they've taken, how much business they've given you this year and in previous years. And with the ability to track Reward Points you can quickly and easily implement a basic Frequent Buyer program for your customers.

Customer Ledger Each customer has an accounting ledger of all purchases and payments. This makes it very easy to review a client's detailed transaction history for any period of time. It also makes it very easy to apply full or partial payments against past invoices.
