One of the first things prospective clients wonder about is the cost of buying Tripz™.
Most people assume that it will be very expensive. This is because there are very few options for good tour management software and the few that are out there are very expensive and mostly just designed for really big operations. Typically, you will pay $20,000 to $60,000 for the software and about 15% of this upfront cost, usually, $3,000-$7,500 per year, in an ongoing support fee so you can get less-than-regular program updates and technical support. That is out of reach for the average tour operator. But the truth is, every tour operator needs a good business management system! That includes all of the software, program updates and regular technical support. We have attractive pricing plans for all sizes and types of customers, whether you are single location tour operator, a large multi-location operation, or a reseller of other people's tours.
